I made it and it was delicious. I used parboiled rice (Carolina Gold) because that’s what I had. Awesome, flavorful, and easy recipe. Thank you for posting it.

I am the creator, writer and editor of every recipe on this site. Sometimes I miss typos and I am always grateful when people let me know that they are present in my recipes! I am certain you will make friends if you make them this fried rice though! 😉
