I’m a cranberry grower, so I added a handful of cranberries, which gave it a nice rosy color. Either fresh or frozen will work.

So delicious! I had it with greek yogurt and granola which was good. We also paired it with some vanilla ice cream and that was excellent, tasted like apple pie without the crust!
