So much better than other recipes that include bread, cream cheese, cottage cheese or excess butter. Very good, light and just what I was looking for!

Made it for brunch on Saturday. It was really good, everyone enjoyed it. I used turkey bacon instead, it’s the only thing I did different. I am sure I will be making this one a lot in the future.

Yes you can. Just add about 5 mins to bake time because you are starting out with colder ingredients than if you did it all at once. Plus side is you don’t have to get up so early. 🙂
