I made this tonight and it was delicious. My husband usually hates when I make broccoli but he loved this. I will be making this again.

In reply to Whitney. I make this recipe with frozen broccoli all the time. Preheat the oven, spread the frozen broccoli out on a baking sheet, put it in the preheated oven until it's warm (but not fully cooked) - about 5 minutes. Then remove, add olive oil and seasonings and return to oven until cooked!

If I use the frozen (microwavable) broccoli for this recipe, do I need to microwave first or is it fine to leave frozen when roasting?

My teenage son isn’t the craziest about cooked broccoli, but he inhaled this tonight. My 4 yo grandson even ate some, despite saying broccoli is “yucky”. Hahaha…this was delicious. I did add a bit of sesame oil, a little goes a long way. This was the perfect side tonight!
