I made this recipe for the first time a few weeks ago and realized later that I made a mistake and added an entire 15 oz can of pumpkin. It was so good that I’m tempted to make it this way again!

My husband pronounced this Pumpkin Banana Bread, “Killer!” It is indeed, moist and flavorful and it makes a very large loaf! The next time I make it, I think I’ll do mini-loaves.
